Group Details

Location: Summerlin, Las Vegas

Meets: Thursdays | Time: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Cost: $100 per group session

Program Length: 28-week full DBT cycle covering all four core modules:

  • Mindfulness

  • Distress Tolerance

  • Emotion Regulation

  • Interpersonal Effectiveness

This in-person DBT skills group provides structure, guidance, and accountability. Unlike a traditional process group, DBT skills group is focused on helping you build a toolbox of strategies that you can actively apply and practice, with built-in accountability along the way.

Group Requirements

Because DBT group is focused on skills acquisition, weekly homework is a required part of participation. Homework assignments are designed to help you use the skills you’re learning in your everyday life, so you can start seeing real change, in real time.

To join the group, you must also be actively engaged in individual therapy with a licensed mental health provider. DBT works best when it’s supported by one-on-one care, and we encourage collaboration with your current therapist to ensure integrated, consistent support.
